Spindle coolant and cutting fluid are completely different concepts. Spindle internal cooling is only a kind of cutting fluid, from the spindle internal cooling pipe ejection. And the spindle coolant is to protect the spindle from overheating and through the spindle internal cooling liquid, is in continuous circulation and external cooling. Use two isolated lines completely separate from the cutting fluid. Spindle coolant does not spray into the machine. If this happens, there is a problem with the spindle internal circulation line. Spindle coolant and cutting fluid cannot be separated if they are mixed together.

Main shaft coolant use method:

1. Dilute with tap water and stir evenly, dilution ratio of 1:20 (such as industrial pure water configuration, no scale, the effect is better).

2. As the coolant evaporates, please add new liquid in the same proportion in time. If the machine is shut down for a long time, please drain the coolant and reconfigure it when the machine is started.

3. The circulation system in the water tank should be kept clean, and it is recommended to replace the coolant when deterioration is found, usually once every 150 days.

Notes for spindle coolant:

1. Keep it in a cool warehouse, away from children.

2. If it falls into eyes or mouth, rinse with water.
